Reynaldo M. Quijada stepped down from his position as Vice President for Administration of Apex Mining Co., Inc. effective yesterday, January 15.
In a disclosure form for change in directors and/or officers submitted by Renato Migrino, Apex Mining’s treasurer, it was indicated that the former VP of the mining company cited “personal reasons” as his reason for resignation.
The resignation was effective on the same day.
The said report filed to the PSE EDGE did not include additional information on the change in Apex Mining’s roster of executive offices.
Details on who is taking Quijada’s vacated post, or if there is already someone for replacement, was also not revealed by the report.
Apex Mining was incorporated and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on February 26, 1970. The company specializes mostly on the businesses of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, treating, preparing for market, manufacturing, buying, selling, exchanging and otherwise producing and dealing in gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc brass, iron, steel and all kinds of ores, metals and minerals.
