OceanaGold Corporation reported improved year-to-date financial performance as higher copper production and lower sustaining costs offset slightly weaker gold output in the first nine months of 2025.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, the company said it posted a net income of USD 49 million from January to September 2025, which is up from USD 29.2 million in the same period last year. Total revenue rose to USD 317.2 million from USD 263 million in 2024, attributed to steady production from its Didipio operations.

For the third quarter alone, OceanaGold recorded net income of USD 27 million on revenue of USD 141.7 million, compared to USD 14.6 million on USD 96.2 million in the previous quarter.

Gold production reached 21.9 thousand ounces in the third quarter, which brings the year-to-date total to 66.9 thousand ounces, down from 77.3 thousand ounces a year earlier. Copper output rose to 3.1 thousand tonnes during the quarter and 10.2 thousand tonnes year-to-date, surpassing last year’s 9.2 thousand tonnes.

The company’s all-in sustaining cost improved to USD 1,213 per ounce in the third quarter from USD 1,287 in the second quarter. Year-to-date AISC averaged USD 1,214 per ounce, compared with USD 1,075 in the same period of 2024.

OceanaGold reported earnings per share of USD 0.01 for the quarter and USD 0.02 year-to-date, matching last year’s levels.

Dividends to holders of publicly traded shares will be paid in Philippine pesos, based on the prevailing exchange rate on the payment date.
