The audit convened a team of technical experts, company managers, and department heads to conduct a comprehensive evaluation covering safety and health, engineering, ventilation, mine support, geotechnical stability, environmental management, worker welfare, and finance. Specialized groups performed focused field inspections, ensuring thorough assessments before consolidating findings.
